Itsy Bitsy Mail create adorably small gifts and packages that make the perfect gift to your child from his or her Holiday Elf!
The store setup regarding functionality was done by multimixer, and has following configuration (only major modifications listed):

Option types are used to let store visitors customise their little gift, so they can select the envelope, write the message they want, the recipient etc
What we did additionally here is, a special modification to let a range of options to be required. There is no checkout possible if no option is selected or no text entered in some of the fields. To avoid the case that visitors will overlook an option, we changed the default behaviour that display the first available option as pre-selected. The system display a “please select” for all drop downs, that is also much nicer
We also created a “write review” page, where people can write a general review about the gift they received, there is also a special page (made using the information pages extension of MTS), showing nice pictures of people receiving the gift – a nice idea
The design is done completely by the store owner, we only helped here and there with a couple of suggestions and tips
