Rapidrack.com offers storage systems, selves and several specialized solutions
Setup and configuration is done by the mini template system team in the administration panel taking full advantage of all included mini template system tools and features.
The design is based on a previous website and hold in variations of blue and gray with very light orange touches, As a basic setup the store uses the “medium gray” color scheme and shadow scheme number 23b. The store width is 960 pixels and the ui theme in use is “smoothness”.
Some lines of additional css were necessary for setting up the header and footer, the additional addons and information pages
The store is used as a catalogue only, so all prices and all checkout related functions have been disabled. Various information pages have been added, a pdf download page that can be managed in the administration panel, a special page that display the top level categories and a description for each and finally several SEO and security addons from the osCommerce addons section
The main navigation is on top holding the complete products and categories tree and all links to the information pages. The right column holds an other link box with a separate fly out menu. The complete setup of all menus was done using the link manager and menu maker. The space under the right hand menu is reserved for a possible display of google AdSense ads, we created a special AdSense box for this
The front page use the 2 banner modules, the first one to display fading images, the second contains links to featured areas of the website. The last row on the front page, display the main categories in a sliding mode. All front page settings are done using the banner manager and front page manager
